Daily Style Crush: Angelina Jolie in Westwood and Vuitton

We see her walking around in London in 'casual' gear with her brood and think she's still effortlessly beautiful. Then we forget just how gorgeous Angelina Jolie can get when she puts even an ounce more effort than usual in…take this look for example, it's still imprinted in our heads from last Friday.

Ange is supporting almost-but-not-quite-hubby Brad in his movie, Moneyball, looking every inch his leading lady. We just had to use a picture of the two of them, you have to when a couple just looks THAT good! The cut of the floor-length Vivienne Westwood dress is perfect for Angelina's figure as it hugs her current curves and gives the illusion of even more. Plus, only the Jolie can pull off wearing a Louis Vuitton kinky handcuff clutch bag and make it look classy.

Angelina Jolie Splashes Out in London's French Connection

Love a good press release - We bet French Connection feel the same way Warehouse did when a certain Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, popped into their store to pick up some fab honeymoon outfits earlier this year. 

Kate may be royalty, but Angelina is Hollywood royalty - no wonder FC can't wait to gloat about one of their most famous customers. Looks like Ange has great taste too - a midi skirt has never been more stylish and mustard is one of our favourite shades this season - perfect for slipping into autumn/winter wardrobes. 

Angelina Jolie for Vanity Fair October

You know the excitement of the September issues is over when the October mags start to surface. Still, this year was a blinder in terms of magazine's outdoing themselves - and each other. It's interesting that Vanity Fair didn't play their Angelina card in September, after all the woman is a proven winning formula for magazine sales. But then again, having a newly separated Jennifer Lopez on their cover with the promise of an exclusive tell-all interview was pure gold - brilliantly timed and we imagine the sales went through the roof. 

Having the Jolie on the front cover without so much as a glimpse of a designer item on a fashion magazine proves the aforementioned Jolie Sales Theory perfectly - her face alone will attract all the non-subscribers to pick up a copy; her eyes are mesmerising! Well played VF! 

Dream Wardrobe Piece:Miu Miu cocktail dress

This silk bustier cocktail dress is rather amazing isn't it? And it's perfect if you want to dress in one of the hottest colours around these days - just think, Angelina Jolie, Catherine Zeta Jones and the lovely Mila Kunis have all stepped out in dresses of this colour and rocked it.

Daily Style Crush: Rachel Weisz

The Cannes Film Festival really does spoil us for choice. There were so many fab looks showcased this weekend alone, we've had a tough time deciding on one. But, Rachel Weisz seals the deal for us in this floor length thigh-split emerald green gown. We've fallen in love with this colour on the Red Carpet ever since the likes of Angelina Jolie, Mila Kunis and Catherine Zeta Jones rocked it during this year's award's season. Miss Weisz's hair and accessorising is the cherry on top of a very delicious cake.

Daily Style Crush: Angelina Jolie

Today's style crush is Angelina Jolie; it may not be the longest, glitziest dress with a long sparkly train, but the fact that Angelina could outshine almost everyone on the Red Carpet in stained jeans and a ripped t-shirt, we thought this was a definite style crush contender. Plus, it's a general Jolie crush for the whole of the Cannes Film Festvial as, like Rachel McAdams, we predict her looks will just get better and better as the days go on. If we had a weekly style crush, Rachel would get it without a shadow of a doubt. Still, Miss Jolie rocked this belted Salvatore Ferragamo dress and even accessorised with what we think is jewellery from her own Style of Jolie collection - well, who better to promote and model the collection?

Angelina Jolie reportedly the new face of Louis Vuitton

We took to our Twitter page as soon as the rumours started flying around last week, but now we are pretty sure that Miss Angelina Jolie has been confirmed as the newest face of Louis Vuitton. The mother of six has been offered a staggering $10million contract – we know she doesn’t need the money, and we also know that a lot of it will go towards the excellent causes she so famously works with in true Angelina Jolie fashion.

Not only will a great charity benefit from this huge paycheque, but we can look forward to what will undoubtedly be one of the most jaw-droppingly stunning campaigns we have seen in a long time. The fact that it will apparently be shot by Annie Leibovitz (who has brought us many a flawless Jolie pic in the past) only makes us that much more excited. Bring on the summer please!
