Katy Perry Covers US InStyle October

You're all probably aware that we have quite a soft spot for Katy Perry, so we always see anything she does through a slightly biased eye. However, we don't think you have to be a huge KP fan to realise that this is one hell of an awesome cover. This is the first time we've properly seen her newly dyed pink hair in a professional photograph and we have to say the end result is just as flawless as we thought it would be.

InStyle have given us yet another gorgeous cover and were love how they didn't take the autumn/winter theme too literately with the colour scheme and injected a splash of colour to it. The contrast of Katy's bright hair and the black Emanuel Ungaro dress, Louis Vuitton belt, nails and plain white background makes the cover all the more perfect and this is one of our favourite October covers we've seen so far. The editorial pics don't look too bad either! 

Blake Lively Covers InStyle Australia October

Are the magazine covers down under getting better and better by the month?! We haven't had a Blake Lively cover for what feels like an eternity and quite frankly we want this rectified! Hopefully Blakey and fellow Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester will individually grace our magazine covers in the next few months as they promote the new series of Gossip Girl. I admit this isn't the greatest and most ground-breaking picture of Blake - we've all seen better; we know she can do better, you just need to look at her work with Karl Lagerfeld for proof. But she looks like herself - no frills and gimmicks and not even too much airbrushing. Just cute little Blake Lively being Blake Lively. Can't hate a Blake cover, even if we try really hard.

Kate Middleton Inspires Nail Polish Collection

Well it was only a matter of time really, wasn't it? Our 29-year-old Duchess of Cambridge has apparently been the inspiration behind some of nail polish maven Essie Weingarten's new creations.

The new shades in question are "Lady Like" and "Glamour Purse", within the designer telling InStyle: "The type of woman whose handbag speaks volumes about her, that's who inspired me with this collection. Like Kate Middleton when she met President Obama wearing a classic beige dress, black heels and a matching black clutch. It was just so ladylike. I love the look of classic, fashionable and timeless."

We think those are very fitting descriptions of our future Queen and can't wait to clap eyes on the shades!

Diane Kruger Sparkles for InStyle October's 10th Anniversary Issue

Looking at InStyle October 2011 cover proves our theory that Diane Kruger can do no wrong! And the way InStyle are going lately, neither can they! Freida Pinto and Beyonce covered the all-important September issue for the UK and US respectively and it seems InStyle are continuing their goddess-cover-star streak by adding Diane Kruger to the mix for their October issue.

This is no ordinary issue mind, it's InStyle's 10th Anniversary issue, hence the glitter and sparkle. The decision to put Diane on the cover of this milestone issue was perfect. The Dolce and Gabbana dress has to get a mention too - we've seen variations of their star print dress on countless red carpets and mag covers, but this has to be our favourite by far; how can anything compete with gold Dolce and Gabbana star print? Especially when Diane Kruger is modelling it! Nice one, InStyle - we knew we had a good reason for reading you religiously!

Kylie Minogue covers InStyle Australia

The pint sized Australian diva actually covers three separate covers for the InStyle issue - looks like they can'y get enough of the elder Minogue sister either.

Taylor Swift covers InStyle June in Victoria Beckham

Taylor Swift looks pretty in a gorgeous yellow Victoria Beckham dress - such a fabulous cover for summer! It's a bit of a different, more grown up and slightly fiercer Taylor Swift than we're used to, but that's not to say we don't like it. Miss Swift looks a world away from the cute country teen with ringlets singing about Romeo and Juliet. Cute girl next door or sultry, smokin' superstar, she rocks both looks amazingly.

Thandie Newton in InStyle UK June

We loved it when she covered InStyle in December of 2009 in a demure, chic white dress, but Miss Thandie Newton can also do bold, fierce and beautiful too. 

How is this beauty almost 40 years old?! You would never in a million years think it - her cheekbone structure and general poise are both impeccable. Nice to see yet another front cover for the infamous striped Prada dress too - never gets old.

Kate Hudson covers InStyle US

You wouldn't have guessed that Kate Hudson will be expecting a little bundle of joy in the next few months, would you? The gorgeous glowing Miss Hudson is InStyle's cover girl, and from this teaser pic released by the magazine on their website, it looks like it's going to be a very striking editorial picture-wise. And in true Kate Hudson style, we bet the interview will be a brilliant read too.

Gwyneth Paltrow rocking out in April's InStyle

Ever since we saw her in Glee, we've been a bit Paltrow-obsessed. 

And it seems that we aren't the only ones that love the new all singing, all dancing Gwyneth Paltrow. 

The actress herself appears to be revamping herself into a bit of a country/rock singer and we are more than happy to sit back and let her get on with it. 

Will we see her and hubby Chris Martin do a duet? Only time will tell. 

In the meantime, we can enjoy her hot photoshoot in April's InStyle.
