Another Cannes Film Festival look, but not your average Cannes dress. We love Milla Jovovich for making bold style choices and turning up at a Cannes premiere in what is essentially a shirt dress is both risky and brilliant. She pulled it off effortlessly though; shame on anyone who doubted this Prada look.
