Daily Style Crush: Cheryl Cole in Victoria Beckham

Cheryl Cole seems to be back in business and more gorgeous than ever. Apart from those being honoured at the Pride of Britain Awards, Cheryl Cole stood out as the shining star for us. She left the grungy, revealing outfits alone and opted for full-on elegance in a pale pink floor length Victoria Beckham Gown. She even enlisted the help of her Twitter followers to choose her earrings - bless her!

Cheryl Cole is Launching a Shoe Collection

Yep, you read that right ladies, Miss Cheryl Cole is branching out into the fashion market. She got a taste for it when she auctioned off some of her famous dresses on ASOS for charity, but this is branching out on a whole new level.

And before you think she will do a Victoria Beckham and aim her collection towards the 'stupidly rich women' demographic, you'll be pleased to know her shoes will be a very, VERY reasonable price. How does a pair of shoes for under £40 sound?!

Cheryl has teamed up with stylistpick.com (check them out!) to launch her shoe range, which will also involve her dishing out fashion advice to the readers. Not too bad for £39.95. We wonder what styles she will go for…

The shoes will be on sale this December, just in time for a certain gift-giving holiday!

Baby Harper Seven Beckham Loves Prada

This is a cute little anecdote for lunchtime. Baby Harper Seven's super-stylish mum Victoria Beckham said: "We went in to Prada yesterday and she loved it. It was as if she was saying, 'Mummy, I'm home'."

Victoria then went on to say: "David gets annoyed that I spend more on Harper's socks than his. Of course I do, he's fine with M&S." 

We don't know what is cuter; Harper's eye for designer gear at such an early age of David being "fine" with a good old trusty pair from Marks and Spencer….

Catwalk Catchup: NYFW Victoria Beckham Spring/Summer 2012

Well I never, I think I've actually seen it all now that I've clapped eyed on the Victoria Beckham Spring Summer 2012 show at New York Fashion Week. First the lady herself steps out in flats on more than one occasion recently (doctor ordered) but now flats have been translated onto her latest catwalk. Do you think Victoria Beckham changed the footwear at the last minute so she could get away with wearing flats more often now that the doc has advised her to ditch the heels?

The rest of her show featured quite a limited range of colours, with pale colours and a few monochrome pieces hogging the catwalk. There were a few exceptions as there were a few splashes of orange colour which I absolutely loved. It makes a change from her last collection that was bright bright bright so it's nice that she's showcasing her versatility. Well done VB, not disappointed!

Baby Harper Seven Beckham's First Public Outing

We can't count the amount of times we've gone "awww" in the past two minutes! Baby Harper Seven Beckham (to use her full name) had her first public outing in Los Angeles at the weekend, confirming what we already knew: that she is super-duper cute and super-duper stylish.

Do you think she knows that as she snoozed away, she was passed from mum to dad to brothers while the whole world watched in adoration? Victoria also looks every inch the loving (and of course, stylish) mum - just because she's being medically advised to wear flats doesn't mean she won't trump everyone in the style stakes. Oversized sunnies? Check. Sleek ponytail? Check. Hermes Birkin casually shoved at the bottom of the pram? Ouch, but check!

Daily Style Crush: Victoria Beckham

Maternity fashion at its best, courtesy of Victoria Beckham. Maybe not at its most comfortable or convenient, but certainly at its most stylish. Victoria Beckham stunned in one of her designs at the Hollywood Walk of Fame, where she was in attendance to witness Simon Fuller getting his own star. This design was paraded on the catwalk in a gorgeous bright purple colour; we'd love to see Mrs Beckham in some of the more vibrant pieces from the collection to mix it up a little bit.

Taylor Swift covers InStyle June in Victoria Beckham

Taylor Swift looks pretty in a gorgeous yellow Victoria Beckham dress - such a fabulous cover for summer! It's a bit of a different, more grown up and slightly fiercer Taylor Swift than we're used to, but that's not to say we don't like it. Miss Swift looks a world away from the cute country teen with ringlets singing about Romeo and Juliet. Cute girl next door or sultry, smokin' superstar, she rocks both looks amazingly.

Victoria Beckham signs up Alice Greczyn as the face of her brand

This is a lovely piece of news to digest over mid-morning cornflakes. Model and actress Alice Greczyn found herself personally hired by Victoria Beckham to be the face of the brand of the same name at a barbecue in LA, when the designer apparently complimented her on her freckles before asking husband David to take some snaps of the model. This sounds like a fairy-tale doesn't it? Who needs Prince Charming when you get an offer you cant refuse from the one and only Victoria Beckham?

And judging from these pictures, Mrs Beckham clearly has an eye for spotting talent - Miss Greczyn is truly stunning. Victoria Beckham was so happy with the 25 year old that she even named a pair of skinny jeans after her. The 'Alice' jeans can be found in hew newest collection.

Fashion Compendium's Royal Wedding Round-up

Unless you've been living under layer upon layer of rocks, you will have without a doubt had your Royal Wedding fix already. The tweets, the status updates, texts, phone calls, websites, newspapers, blogs, the lot. So instead of bulks of endless text about the wedding (which, don't get us wrong, we would quite happily do without a single complaint) we've decided to round it up in a Fashion Compendium nutshell. (But we'd just like to point out that catching a glimpse of Kate Middleton's Sarah Burton for McQueen dress for the first time is a moment that will stay with us forever - we squealed with excitement with what we presume was with the rest of the world. But we digress...)

Here's a look at our favourite wedding guests outfits. We don't know why Victoria Beckham was so worried, we thought she was one of the best dressed guests there in her dark blue dress from her latest collection. The Queen rocked up in a lovely yellow outfit which was perfect for the weather and the glorious occasion.

The Bride and her Maid of Honour's after party dresses were just as show stopping as the ones they wore for the wedding itself. Kate Middleton wore another stunner by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen, and her sister and Maid of Honour Pippa once wowed in a beautiful aqua-coloured Alice Temperley gown. We love how Kate Middleton, or should we say, the Duchess of Cambridge reverted to her signature all-down hairstyle. 

The Princes were pure perfection weren't they? Loved the cheekiness of Harry catching a glimpse of the Bride before his brother. And seeing the little sniggers and looks of assurance the Bride and Groom gave each other throughout the service was just magical, wasn't it? And we'd just like to take a moment to note how adorable all the little bridesmaids and pageboys were. We wonder if they knew they were majorly involved in the making of history? 

Congratulations to The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. We join the world in wishing them a lifetime of happiness together!

As much as we adore the fine craftsmanship and would love to own something by Victoria Beckham (every girl loves a label or two!), the main essence of one of her signature A/W 2011 dresses can be found in Asda's George range for only £16. And we doubt it would sell out as quickly as the Posh one!

Victoria Beckham's bags are a huge hit at Net a Porter

So much of a hit that they sold out almost instantly. But, Net a Porter obviously foresaw the situation and have ordered a bulk more, meaning that they are restocked and ready to be whipped up again.
