Cheryl Cole and Zooey Deschanel in Same Moschino Dress

Both Cheryl Cole and Zooey Deschanel went to red carpet events in this black and white Moschino dress from the Autumn/Winter 2011 collection, but who do you think rocked it more?

Zooey wore hers to the Our Idiot Brother premiere while Chezza wore hers to the opening of Shrek The Musical, where she was supporting BFF and bandmate Kimberley Walsh.

Zooey wore this dress a few months ago and we've named her our clear winner. The dress suits her fun, edgy style a whole lot more; plus it fits her like a glove! And we think you need a bit of a quirky personality to wear this dress, which is basically Zooey in a nutshell. 

That's not to say Cheryl doesn't look good though - Cheryl could wear just about anything (although evidently not purple flared trousers…) and look stunning, but the Fashion Compendium crown goes to Ms Deschanel.

Daily Style Crush: Crystal Renn in Zac Posen Resort

Ridiculous skinniness for a 'plus size' model aside, Crystal Renn looks as shimmering and glittering as the dress she wore to the opening night performance of Anna Bolena in New York last night. We absolutely love how she let her Zac Posen Resort 2012 gown speak for itself and didn't add any other accessories to it - apart from a fierce, fresh lick of red lippy. We also appreciate her altered, more conservative neckline too.

Kirsten Dunst Covers Flare November

We're beginning to love this magazine and resent that we don't get it in the UK more and more each issue. Kirsten Dunst sports a refreshing blonde choppy hairstyle with a fabulous fringe (we've had fringe/bang envy for years so always appreciate a good one when we see it) on the front cover and we love her youthful on-trend look. And where have we seen that gorgeous outfit before? Only on the wonderful Emma Stone at the premiere of Friends With Benefits - and both ladies look divine so don't ask us to do a 'who wore it better' because we're stumped for a winner. We feel we haven't seen a lot of K-Dunst lately so let's hope this is the first of many appearances to come; welcome back babe!

Daily Style Crush: Sonam Kapoor in Prabal Gurung

I LOVE this look from the Prabal Gurung Resort 2012 collection and have been waiting (and praying) for a well-known face to step out in it! I've been curious to see where, when and how it will be worn and of course, by whom. Gorgeous Indian actress Sonam Kapoor wasn't the first on my list of expected stars, but I'm thrilled she decided to wear it to the Mausam premiere in Mumbai. I kind of anticipated someone taller with a super-model's figure to wear it, to give it its full potential height-wise and silhouette-wise but strangely enough, Sonam works it pretty flawlessly! The colours are beautiful on her, so hopefully this will give her a boost to step onto the red carpet in brighter, more daring numbers, because she can definitely pull it off if this outing is anything to go by.

Daily Style Crush: Olivia Wilde in Marchesa

Wow. We don't even think Greek goddesses would expect to look this good! Olivia Wilde went for a flowing embellished Grecian Marchesa gown at the premiere of her new flick 'Butter' at the Toronto Film Festival and totally wowed the crowd. Ok, it might not be everyone's cup of tea and may be a tad OTT, but we absolutely adore it!

There isn't anything we don't love about this look - the hair was perfect; not too fussy, away from her face and ultra contemporary and glamorous. Not everyone would be able to pull off this Marchesa dress - some might get lost in it and others would look frumpy and sack-like, but Olivia just looks flawless.

Daily Style Crush: Angelina Jolie in Westwood and Vuitton

We see her walking around in London in 'casual' gear with her brood and think she's still effortlessly beautiful. Then we forget just how gorgeous Angelina Jolie can get when she puts even an ounce more effort than usual in…take this look for example, it's still imprinted in our heads from last Friday.

Ange is supporting almost-but-not-quite-hubby Brad in his movie, Moneyball, looking every inch his leading lady. We just had to use a picture of the two of them, you have to when a couple just looks THAT good! The cut of the floor-length Vivienne Westwood dress is perfect for Angelina's figure as it hugs her current curves and gives the illusion of even more. Plus, only the Jolie can pull off wearing a Louis Vuitton kinky handcuff clutch bag and make it look classy.

Daily Style Crush: Gwyneth Paltrow in Prada

Gwyneth Paltrow was obsessed with Prada at the Venice Film Festival and we are obsessed with her! She sported two totally different styles at the Contagion premiere and photocall and rocked them both effortlessly!

Not everyone would be able to pull off the pale pink Prada, but then again, Gwyneth Paltrow is no ordinary lady. She has, in our opinion, one of the most perfect bodies - she's tall, slim, has curves in all the right places and flatters every line. This Prada beauty is however one of the dresses that look better from the back, but we don't think Gwynnie has a problem with it. I would have personally preferred an updo or maybe even a side-wept more structured pony tail on the opposite side of the bow, as opposed to Gwyn just placing the hair there herself, but that's just a minor critique.

The orange number was also flawless and injected a hint of summer into our lives; we wish the same could be said for the English weather!

Daily Style Crush: Penelope Cruz

There were quite a few outstanding fashion moments at the Premiere of the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean film, 'On Stranger Tides' but Miss Penelope Cruz pipped the others to the post for us in this gorgeous floor length custom Marchesa gown with very on-trend fringe shoulder detailing. She kept the accessories chic and simple with some cute drop earrings and a sparkly bracelet. What a classy lady!

Daily Style Crush: Kate Hudson

That's two fabulous Kate Hudson appearances in just as many days. The sunshine-yellow Versace dress fits her like a glove and looks like it was custom-made for her. What a gorgeous, glowing beauty!

Daily Style Crush: Katy Perry

This was about the only picture we could find of Miss Katy Perry alone before hubby Russell Brand swooped her up and together they engaged in some serious PDAs. Katy Perry seems to love her nude, floor sweeping gowns, and this gorgeous Phillip Armstrong one is no different. The Arthur premiere seemed to have a super-stylish red-carpet (see yesterday's Style Crush!)

Daily Style Crush: Jessica Lowndes

As if we need a reason. The 90210 actress was attending the Arthur premiere last night and was sporting an above the knee green strapless dress, accessorized with nude heels and a nude clutch, and topping the stunning look off with baby pink lipstick and a baby pink ring.

Abbie Cornish at Limitless premiere in Lanvin

Abbie Cornish turned up to the Limitless premiere in one of our favourite dresses from the Lanvin Spring/Summer 2011 RTW collection. We loved every inch of the dress, but thought the plunging neckline was a tad too daring for regular wear. 

We obviously ate our words when we saw Miss Cornish's version, which features a higher, ruffled neckline which works wonders, and we now officially love this dress even more than before.
