Elisabetta Canalis goes naked and airbrush-less for PETA

There seem to be a lot of Photoshop blunders hitting the press recently, but one model who doesn't want the airbrushing treatment is George Clooney's gorgeous girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis. And she doesn't even need it.
