Daily Style Crush: Lady McCartney Nancy Shevell in Stella McCartney

Even though we were majorly crushing on all the outfits worn by the X Factor judges this weekend, we have to say that Nancy Shevell’s bridal outfit pipped them to the post ever so slightly. And how nice is it that Stella McCartney designed and custom-made her step-mum’s wedding outfit as well as her father’s? The happy couple looked blissfully happy as they emerged from Marylebone Town Hall in London after having a low-key wedding ceremony and we wish them a lifetime of happiness together!

WATCH The Brand New Twilight Breaking Dawn Trailer

It's quite good. More than quite good, it's relatively amazing - we had goosebumps! (Call us sad, but we stand by our emotions!) Plus, we get an even better look at Bella's wedding dress, which was deigned by the wonderful Carolina Herrera. It isn't a full shot but it's a lot better than that same teaser pic of K-Stew in a veil (you know the one we mean), so we'll quite happily take it. Hurry up, November - we'll quite happily give up the summer wardrobe for Twilight - R-Pattz can keep us toasty.

Barbie and Ken Finally Get Married!

Congratulations to long-time lovers Barbie and Ken, for they have finally tied the knot! Beatrice de Guigne, avid Barbie fan and photography genius, staged a wedding photoshoot which was captured on film over a three day period. Three days of wedding fun? That definitely sounds like a Barbie kind of party.

There's an abundance of photos from the big day on the photographer's website - make sure you check it out. The attention to detail is awe-inspiring - we bet Kim Kardashian and even Kate Middleton would be proud to have a dress and ceremony like that!

Beatrice captured absolutely everything, from the bride and groom getting ready, to the beautiful ceremony, the meal, the first kiss, the first dance and a host of gorgeous official wedding pictures to boot.

We hope this inspires Barbie makers Mattel to realise that Barbie and Ken really do deserve to be together and make their wedding that little bit more official. Until then, these pictures will more than suffice!

Congrats again to the happy couple!

Interview with Adrian Eric Morales from Snappylifestyle

We were delighted when blogger, stylist, designer and photographer (phew!) Adrian Eric Morales agreed to an interview with us. There is always some form of beautiful imagery displayed on website Snappylifestyle, whether it's something random he captured whilst out and about, or something more finely crafted. Be sure to check out Snappylifestyle.com to see the full extent of what he is about.

Fashion Compendium: So, let's get this right…you're a blogger, stylist, designer and photographer, so it's safe to say you've covered every single aspect surrounding the fashion industry. Please briefly tell us how you got into each one, and the main quirks and plus sides of each one...

AEM: Well it just happened for different reasons. I wanted to have a better understanding and perspective from each one and the best way is just to do it, learn and enjoy the process. Each one presents their own challenges but you just have to be open and absorb everything while tailoring it to your own needs.

Which one do you meet the most interesting people with?
Each one has a different story and outlook on their specific industry, which I find fascinating so all of them are interesting.

Do you find that they all more weaved and intertwined than people imagine or are they all completely different platforms?
Everything is related in one way or another, glued together by creativity.

| All of the images are are designed and photographed by the man himself under the A|E|M brand.the great thing about the brand is that materials come from all over the world and try to incorporate a little bit of history and cultural flavour in there. The collections have a very personal touch as they are inspired by all things that are close to him, including people, film, places and of course the love of all things vintage. |

What has been the most standout fashion show you've been to this season, both style-wise and presentation-wise?

Each show has something to offer if you look closely at the overall presentation, you can find something interesting and unique in each one, something to take away from it, and I learn from every one.

How do you think the fashion (and fashionistas) differ here to the States?

In Europe, fashion is more forward thinking and open compared to the States, with the exception of certain cities. There is more international influence in Europe.

What are you currently working on at the moment designing-wise?

New jewellery collection and some bespoke pieces for some editorials and film.

So please can you briefly talk us through the designing process from ideas to production.

Well for me, it can start from an inspirational item, for example, a quote or a picture, etc. Once I have a thought, I tend to write it down in my journal or on something, whatever I have at hand. That is why I tend to always have a mechanical pencil, fine Sharpe and a notebook with me at all times. Once the ideas are sketched, the research process begins, ranging from books, words, art & culture, the streets, travels and films, anything that will help me form a better picture in my head of what I want to create. The materials are sourced and resources are researched. But still nothing is concrete, even when I start the actual pieces. I make changes as I go along and sometimes ideas just come forth as I make them. Once I’m happy with it and everything is in place, the samples are made.

What was the last thing you took a picture of that you were really proud of?

Wow, there are many that I like, but I would say some of the lifestyle images around the Jardin de las Tullerias during Paris Fashion Week A/W 2011. The weather was beautiful; the fashionistas were happy and smiling. (you can check these out at

Alfred Angelo's Disney wedding dresses

What little girl doesn't imagine her wedding day being reminiscent of that of Disney Princess? Well Alfred Angelo have kept that theme in their heads and run with it, as they have created Disney Princess inspired wedding dresses, of which these are our favourites. And being a Princess comes at a pretty affordable cost too it seems.

Head over to alfredangelo.com to check out the whole collections and see more details on your favourite dresses. Do you think actual soon-to-be Princess Kate Middleton will have a similar dress to any of these?

Princess Diana's 'back-up dress' revealed

And whilst we're on the subject of royal weddings...This picture shows designer Elizabeth Emmanuel with a sketch of Princess Diana's original wedding dress, the one she wore on the big day. But, it transpires that the designer had another one on standby, in case the Princess's dress was revealed to the media before the actual wedding.

We wonder if Kate Middleton's mystery designer will do the same…
