R.I.P to Jane Russell

As a natural brunette, I’ve always found myself pushing the term “brunette bombshell”; Jane Russell is the epitome of such a phrase, and we just want to take a moment to bask in the sheer elegance of a true Hollywood style icon.

Russell showed that you can be both demure and sexy, her hourglass figure is to-die-for -a true representation of an ideal womanly shape.

The ‘brunette Marilyn Monroe’ accomplished a lot during her 89 years of life. From her commercials getting banned for being (in those days) too risqué, her respective singing and acting careers through to her underwear modeling, her life has been as action-packed as it was glamorous.

So, rest in peace Jane Russell; they don’t make ‘em like they used to!
